Delivery information

At UpCheer we strive to offer a smooth and flexible shopping and rental experience. Here you will find all information about deliveries, self-pickup and returns for our products.

Self-pickup – Free!

  • Pick up your product yourself from our address: Centralvägen 7, 13240 Saltsjö-Boo .
  • When booking, select "Pick up yourself" at checkout and contact us to confirm a pick-up time.

Delivery within Stockholm – 199 SEK

  • Deliveries within Stockholm are handled by us and include both delivery and return.
  • Select date and time at checkout.

Delivery to the rest of Sweden – 399 SEK

  • Applies to all of Sweden outside Stockholm.
  • Delivered with PostNord 2–3 working days before the start of the rental .
  • Return label included for easy returns.

Delivery to EU customers

  • EU customers can order by contacting our customer service via email or chat.
  • Delivery terms and fees are determined individually depending on the order.

Shipping policy

  • Self-pickup: Free.
  • Stockholm: 199 SEK (incl. delivery & return).
  • Rest of Sweden: 399 SEK (incl. delivery & return).
  • Transparent pricing – the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

This is how booking & delivery works:

  1. Choose your products from our catalog.
  2. Choose rental length – 1 day, minimum 3 days or minimum 7 days .
  3. Add the products to the shopping cart.
  4. Select delivery method at checkout.
  5. Complete your order and wait for delivery or confirm the pickup time with us!

Return & Extension

Return process

  • At the end of the rental period, please contact our customer service to book a return or a possible extension.
  • We also offer an online calendar where you can book a return yourself. The link is on our website.

Swap

  • You can change products for free once a month.
  • Shipping fees for exchanges:
    • Game consoles: 220 SEK
    • Video games: 99 SEK
  • To exchange or return a product, book via our returns portal or contact customer service.
