Delivery information
At UpCheer, we strive to offer a smooth and flexible shopping and rental experience. Here you will find all information about deliveries, self-collection and returns for our products.
Delivery within Stockholm
- Deliveries within Stockholm are handled by us and have a fixed fee of SEK 199 , which includes both delivery and return.
Delivery to the rest of Sweden
- For deliveries outside Stockholm, a fixed fee of SEK 199 applies, which includes both delivery and return.
- Orders outside Stockholm are handled by PostNord .
- At least one week's booking is required for deliveries outside Stockholm.
- We send the package 2 days before your booked start date to ensure you have the product on time.
Self Pickup - Free!
- We now offer a free self-collection option for customers who prefer to collect the product themselves.
- Self-collection takes place from our address: Centralvägen 7, 13240 Saltsjö-Boo .
- When booking, select the "Pick up yourself" option at checkout and contact us to confirm a convenient time for pickup.
Delivery to EU customers
- EU customers can order by contacting our customer service via email or chat. Delivery terms and fees are discussed individually depending on the order.
Shipping policy
- SEK 199 delivery fee applies to all customers in Sweden, both within and outside of Stockholm.
- Self-collection is free of charge .
- The delivery fee covers both the transport to the customer and the return of the products.
- Transparent pricing – the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Return and Extension
Return process
- At the end of the rental period, the customer needs to contact our customer service in good time to book the return or a possible extension of the rental period.
- We also offer an online calendar , where customers can book their return themselves. The link to the calendar is on our website.
- Contact us if you have questions or need help with the booking.
Swap
- You can change the product for free once per month.
- Shipping charges for exchanges:
- Game consoles: SEK 220
- TV games: SEK 99
- When you want to exchange or return a product, easily book via our return portal or contact customer service.
This is how booking and delivery work:
- Choose your products in our catalog.
- Choose length of service – 1 day, minimum 3 days, or minimum 7 days (prices vary depending on length).
- Add the products to your shopping cart.
- Select delivery month, date and time at checkout or select "Pick up yourself" if you prefer.
- Complete your order and wait for delivery or confirm the pickup time with us!
