Delivery Information

At UpCheer, we strive to offer a smooth, flexible, and transparent experience – both for renting and purchasing products.

Here you will find information about delivery, shipping, and returns.


Self-pickup (free)

You can pick up your product free of charge from:
Centralvägen 7, 13240 Saltsjö-Boo

  • Time booked via customer service or booking calendar
  • Quick, easy, and completely free of charge

Delivery within Stockholm (199 SEK)

We offer delivery within Stockholm for a fixed fee of 199 SEK, which includes:

  • Delivery to your address
  • Pickup/return after rental period

You choose the date and time directly at checkout.


Delivery to other parts of Sweden

For deliveries outside Stockholm, the following applies:

  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs
  • All shipping is done with traceable delivery (PostNord, DHL or DSV)

You can choose between two options:

Option 1 – We book the shipping

  • We book the delivery for you
  • The shipping cost will be invoiced separately after the product has been sent

Option 2 – You book yourself

  • You book the shipping yourself via PostNord, DHL or DSV
  • The shipping label must be sent to us before delivery

Other:

  • Minimum 3 days' notice required
  • The product is usually sent 2 days before the start date

Delivery within the EU

Deliveries within the EU are offered upon request.

  • Contact us via email or chat
  • Shipping cost and terms are determined individually

Products with direct delivery from supplier

Some products are sold through our partners and delivered directly from the supplier.

  • The product is shipped directly from the supplier (not from UpCheer's warehouse)
  • Delivery takes place to Stockholm, all of Sweden and the EU
  • Shipping cost and delivery time are shown at checkout

Important to know:

  • Delivery time may vary depending on the supplier
  • These products may have separate delivery and return conditions
  • Returns and complaints are handled in cooperation with the supplier

Shipping policy

  • Stockholm: 199 SEK (incl. delivery and return)
  • Other parts of Sweden: customer pays actual shipping cost
  • EU: shipping calculated individually
  • Self-pickup: always free
  • Full transparency – all costs are shown at checkout or clearly invoiced

Returns and exchanges

Return process (rental)

  • Return booked well in advance via customer service
  • For self-booked shipping, the customer is responsible for return via traceable delivery
  • Delayed return may incur additional costs

Returns (product purchases)

  • Return conditions may vary depending on the supplier
  • Contact us before returning for instructions

Exchanges (Swap)

You can exchange products once per month.

Shipping cost:

  • Game consoles: 220 SEK
  • Video games: 99 SEK
